Louis Vuitton purchased my wife and I a relaxing massage at this location. Our itinerary was for 645. We arrived a few minutes early to check in only to realize that the appointment had been made for 615. The Regis had previously been having problems with their scheduling. They said we could have the rest of our massage which was only about 15 minutes. They didn’t offer to move us or anything as if the schedule was our mistake. It went to the manager who said she would reach back to us the next day which again we never heard from… do not schedule here,,, terrible customer service!!!! Our whole objective was to get Luis Vuitton reimbursed for service not rendered!!!! We will see!!!

Read on GoogleOverall disappointed with my experience using the day pass. It was over crowded- wasn’t able to use hot tub. The place was a mess with trash scattered on floor and counter tops. They did not have enough towels, the showers had broken parts and missing products. For the price and establishment I would have expected more.
Read on GoogleAbsolutely wonderful place to stay in Aspen! Every single staff member made our stay so special! Here is a few special things to enjoy. The list is huge so we narrowed it down 1: Meet Kitty! He is the resort dog and just a love! 2: Check out the Sabrage everyday in the courtyard at 4pm! 3: The bar/lounge is a great place to relax and grab a bite! The chicken soup and the carbonara are THE BEST!!!! Don’t forget the warm chocolate chip and hazelnut cookies for dessert! 4: The bar has a HUGE selection of high end whiskey, tequila, and scotch! This is not to be missed! 4: Check out the other restaurants at the resort! They all have amazing and delicious menus! Thank you St Regis for making our stay amazing!
