  Apart from having one of the most relaxing and beautiful settings that Marrakesh has to offer the Spa has an amazing hair salon. If you want the best haircut and color go to Paul. He is absolutely brilliant.

  I usually enjoy coming to Royal Mansour, especially Royal Mansour Tamuda Bay and Royal Mansour Marrakech, where the service is normally exceptional and reflects the reputation of the brand. However, my experience yesterday was unfortunately disappointing. We were a group of 6 people, and the level of service did not meet the standard I am used to at Royal Mansour. First, the table was not properly clean when we were seated. In addition, we had to call the waiter many times just to get attention or basic service, which should not be the case in a place of this level. The overall attention and organization were clearly below the standard expected from such a prestigious establishment. This was particularly surprising because I have already visited twice this month, and I even have another reservation scheduled for next week. As someone who regularly visits Royal Mansour properties, I was expecting the same high level of hospitality that usually makes these places special. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I truly enjoy coming to Royal Mansour and hope to see the usual high standards maintained in the future. Zahid Master

  Phenomenal experience- I felt like royalty from the moment I stepped in to the moment I left. The therapist - Nadira - was an absolute star! It was all just exceptional! Everything is just top notch, the waiting room, the treatment room, the relaxing area - probably the best experience I have ever had at a spa!!! Will consider coming back to Marakesh just for this experience, thank you!!! (Yesterday I went to the spa at mamounia due to all its awards or whatever and regretted it, should have come here again instead!)

  Visited The Spa at Royal Mansour to celebrate my 30th birthday on the 26th of November. Not a single wish from the staff. I wasn’t there expecting anything but for a hotel of this calibre the least they can do is present you with a note or card that says happy birthday. The Taj in India for example brings out a cake if you’re celebrating an occasion with them. As a hotel and a service they have so much to learn about hospitality. People don’t just show up to a spa like this on a whim. The least you can do is convey a simple “happy birthday”. (I had mentioned that it was for my 30th in the reservation email. Why ask for your birthday on the spa card if you can’t take note of it?) 3 stars for the exceptional care by the incredible hammam massage therapist I was assigned. She was the highlight of the day and buoyed my spirits a little. Docked a star for their glitchy reservation page. Do I recommend the Royal Mansour? No. You’re paying 3-4 times the cost of other Hammams in Marrakech and the overall treatment is pretty standard across the city. It was a solo trip for a milestone birthday and the disappointment I felt even after a great hammam session was palpable. It’s not worth celebrating a special occasion with them.

  Received hammam services from the spa at Royal Mansour and it was truly an incredible experience. First of all, it is ABSOLUTELY beautiful—the grounds, the riads, the spa… all magical and 100 percent worth It. All products used during the hammam were fragrant in the best of ways, and service was relaxing and truly effective for the body/skin. The hammam specialist that provided service was so kind, thorough and set the tone for a great experience. Can’t wait to go back! Loved it there!
