What travellers say on Google
These are reviews published on Google, not on Retreat Ledger. We show them because a listing with no first-hand accounts yet still deserves some evidence, but they are not moderated by us and they never affect the Retreat Ledger Score. Google returns at most five, chosen by them, so treat this as a sample rather than the full picture.
My time at MYF was deeply transformative and I am filled with endless gratitude! 🙏🏼☺️ The ceremonies are incredibly beautiful and sacred, and I have learned so much about life and myself during my stay. Everything here is pure magic: the food is amazing, the jungle and the peaceful lake are breathtaking and the community of people is wonderful and so deeply supportive. I left a piece of my heart at the farm and will definitely come back again! I recommend this sacred place from the bottom of my heart to anyone seeking true healing and connection. Thank you for everything! 🙏✨🩵🌈
Read on GoogleThis week I spend here during the HEART SONG MEDICINE RETREAT was the best week of my life! I came here with my partner and we both left transformed and with soooo much joy and love in our hearts! This place is heaven🙏🏻 and the proof, that a better world can exist! All the facilitators, Sunny and Jah were beyond lovable and we felt so seen, appreciated and held all the time! The Medicine they served us, changed our life and we will definitely be back soon!!!
Read on GoogleI had an incredible 3-week stay at the Mystical Yoga Farm to take part in the 200-hours Yoga Teacher Training of the School Yoga Institute. The farm is magical, it’s very special to live in a community filled with wonderful and thoughtful people, nature, ceremonies, amazing vegan food, music and art. The YTT program of the School Yoga Institute is more than I expected, a very holistic approach including yoga and Peruvian shamanism, which focuses on the wisdom of our earth and universe and the more traditional yoga elements. The days are filled with yoga, philosophy, history, Ayurveda, asana practice, anatomy, meditation and breathwork. There is enough time to reflect and journal, and to swim in the lake. I would definitely recommend doing the yoga teacher training here or to become a volunteer. I love this place and will be back!
Read on GoogleMy time at the Mystical Yoga Farm was one of the most beautiful and magical experiences in my life. Being in community, sharing music, connecting to the land, and living in paradise. I highly highly recommend going to the farm to experience some of the magic yourself. I can’t wait to go back ❤️
Read on GoogleWhat a beautiful place! The farm is surrounded by peace and stunning beautiful nature. Food is directly sourced from their own permaculture farm and the surrounding farms. The farm is only accessible via boat and lays super quietly in a small bay of the large lake. We went there during low-season and were mostly surrounded by their lovely managers and volunteers who made the stay such an amazing experience and such a safe space. We spent a week of yoga, meditating, a lot of singing, jamming, ecstatic dances, cacao ceremonias and delicious vegan dishes. They brought us also to San Marcos and Tzununá for a beautiful Kirtan and ecstatic dance (both in the mountains above the lake). We also did a trip to the Woman’s Collective Cacao farm where all the cacao is sourced from, which was pretty interesting. Thanks for the amazing team which made this experience so unforgettable and made it even harder to leave in the end! Shout out to Riley, Scott Jade, Ayala, Michelle, Clarita, Hawk, Jocelyn, Julia and and the whole stuff for making this place so magical and filled with love.
