  I had a wonderful stay in this stunning place. Every detail of Mandala de Masca is punctuated with tender, loving care. The hosts, Marcello and Monique, will make you feel like family. The team is warm and friendly, and the food they prepare is incredibly soulful and nourishing. Our yoga teacher for the valley retreat, Dhyana, made the whole experience challenging and relaxing at the same time. She is extremely knowledgeable on a wide variety of topics, yet so approachable and funny. I cannot overstate how much I loved my retreat here. I don't think I've ever felt as 'Zen' as when I left here ;) A big Thank you to the team of Mandala de Masca for all the amazing and meaningful work that you do! Nina

  I spent a week at Mandala de Masca in Tenerife and am still deeply moved by the experience. The yoga retreat was wonderfully holistic – in addition to yoga, meditation, breathing and mindfulness played a major role. The weekly programme was very varied: a beautiful hike, an inspiring cooking class and the option to book massages perfectly complemented the retreat. Upon arrival, I was given an incredibly warm welcome with a small snack and drink. The complex is beautifully situated in the mountains of Masca, with a large garden, plenty of peace and quiet, and enough space to retreat to. Even at 15 degrees and sunshine, the pool could be used. Monique and Marcello fill this place with so much warmth and cordiality that you immediately feel at home. The entire team is also very attentive, friendly and warm-hearted – you are lovingly cared for in every way. An absolute highlight is the food: incredibly high quality, creative and prepared with a lot of love, it really leaves nothing to be desired. This place was magical for me. Experiencing sunrises and sunsets every day with a view of the mountains was incredibly calming and soothing for the soul. I would have loved to stay longer and can wholeheartedly recommend Mandala de Masca.

  The beautiful setting of Masca is only matched by the warm hospitality of Monique and Marcello, owners of Mandela de Masca. The views are incredible and the food is delicious. The amazing team prepared delicious, healthy and beautiful meals for us preparing 95 percent of all ingredients by hand. From the butter to fresh fruit and vegetables to the delicious main courses, everything is prepared with care and love. Our teachers, Clare and Cobi, provided the perfect week of mindful practices. The field trip to the volcano and beach afternoon provided a great view of Tenerife and its natural beauty. It was a transformational week. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

  When the experience was above all expectations! Mandala de Masca is a place where you feel at home. The location is stunning and peaceful. The food was incredibly tasty!   I spent one of my best vacations ever at Mandala de Masca in January this year! Not only did I love the beautiful surroundings and accommodation, also the food was divine (freshly cooked, delicious vegan food with a lot of ingredients from the garden)! Outstanding however was the hospitality of Monique and Marcello - giving us the feeling of being at a friend's place incl. much more service and trying to fulfil every wish ;-) I would highly recommend that place to anyone - in fact, I already did! Will definitely come back soon :-)
