The Ola suite was perfect! Just steps to the ocean and we even slept with the doors wide open to enjoy the ocean breeze and sound of waves all night. We felt very safe. The breakfast and lunches we had there were excellent! They brought us food and drinks to our cabana, the beach bed and the pool. They all went above and way beyond to take care of us. They even went to the pharmacy for us. Rooms were cleaned every day. It really was the perfect relaxing paradise we were looking for. The view was magical!
Read on GoogleWe stayed at the hotel during the holiday season. They didn’t double or even triple the price as some of the other hotels did in the area. We truly enjoyed our stay. Just sitting on the deck feeling the ocean breeze and listening to the waves is amazing. The hotel is right on the beach, nestled in jungles. It’s so close to nature. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff is super nice. Breakfast is included. Very delicious. The eggs are from the chicken farm on site. I can’t ask for a better experience.
Read on GoogleThis hotel is undoubtedly wonderful. Built from low environmental impact materials with beach shack vibes. Sand walkways and just steps from the beach. You can watch the stars before sleeping to the sounds of the waves. Wake up for the sunrise over the sea before a healthy breakfast served by friendly staff. The beach is clean and wonderful. Watching the kite surfing or wildlife is so relaxing.
Read on GoogleI found this little gem searching the internet. It did not disappoint, even though the area is awful (we didn’t like Tulum), this hotel was a dream come true. If I could just pick it up and place it in another village, I would visit every year. Don’t expect loud music or lot’s of tourist. It’s just you, the waves, the beach and some wildlife. From the manager to the conciërge everybody was so thoughtful and nice. Very helpful, nothing was to much! Breakfast is included, I would recommend to go eat in the little restaurant on site instead of restaurant tamarindos (in front of the hotel). We had breakfast right on the beach twice and it was so delicious!! Two things we could think of to improve are; a doormat (to get rid of the sand on your feet, there is a feetpool right outside your house, but the sand is very sticky) and a drying rack. Please keep up the good work everybody! We loved it!!!
Read on GoogleWe stayed in Nueva Vida for 3 nights in room no. 23 - right next to the beach club. Everything was super clean. Space of and view from the room were just unbeatable! The owner warned us it might get loud at the weekends but it did not bother us as the beach clubs closed early (way before midnight). We do really recommend it as a hidden gem, probably the last one that has the spirit of the „old Tulum“. Thanks also to the very friendly and flexible team!
