What travellers say on Google

These are reviews published on Google, not on Retreat Ledger. We show them because a listing with no first-hand accounts yet still deserves some evidence, but they are not moderated by us and they never affect the Retreat Ledger Score. Google returns at most five, chosen by them, so treat this as a sample rather than the full picture.

Went for lunch with group of friends. Food and service excellent. As good as it gets. The ambience is otherworldly, and magical. Prices reflect the quality of the experience and are worth every cent. Highly recommended when visiting Sayulita end environs.

Absolutely magical wonderful place! I was there on a yoga retreat organized by my yoga teacher in the USA. The staff is incredibly thoughtful and genuine… The property can be a bit steep if you are down in the lower Casitas… However, the payoff is that you can hear the ocean roaring all night! Additionally, they have many different body workers doing many different types of massage services… Excellent!

Gorgeous property lovingly built by the owner over many years. Beautiful rustic and simple and yet 5 star food. Amazing beach below - much prettier and dramatic than the main beach in Sayulita town. The meandering path around the resort along the thick jungle and ocean views is one of the highlights. Wonderful location for a yoga retreat with the yoga decks, cool breezes and fresh air.

Beautiful location. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves. It feels very natural, as if barely touched by humans, yet comfortable and almost luxurious in many ways. I stayed for a week for a yoga retreat, and had a spa treatment, went on a jungle walk, and participated in temescal ceremony. All were wonderful. The casitas and the dorm are open to fresh air and have no electricity. There are plenty of oil lamps and candles though, so this is more like a great motivation to get off the phone. There's phone signal by the pool and by the spa. There are many bodywork modalities available at the spa. Many people in my group had different treatments and all were happy. The food exceeds expectations: the chef is very talented and creative in composing healthy and nutritious fusion style dishes out of great range of fresh local ingredients. The infinity pool is dreamy for watching sunsets from. The staff is caring beyond words. Always there on the ground, committed to service, and seem to just love it. The buildings are spread out over the hill, so I wouldn't recommend it to the folks who can't walk up and down the hill trails and uneven steps. I'm dreaming of going back though.

Haramara is a wonderful peaceful exotic special place. The service is Top Notch and cannot be beat. Everybody is there to make your day better. I don't know where they got their shot but his meals are among the best I've ever had. Fresh food fresh fruit wonderful homemade goat cheese. The private beach while a bit rough in the waves, is otherwise underutilized and gorgeous. The casitas are gorgeous and romantic. Filled with candle light and oil lamp light. The jungle is feminine and strong and is the perfect place to nurture your meditation and your relaxation and your Rejuvenation, to become one again with who you are.
