What travellers say on Google
These are reviews published on Google, not on Retreat Ledger. We show them because a listing with no first-hand accounts yet still deserves some evidence, but they are not moderated by us and they never affect the Retreat Ledger Score. Google returns at most five, chosen by them, so treat this as a sample rather than the full picture.
Best place to experience the Amazonia raw beauty without having to be deep in the jungle. The staff was exceptional. The vegan food was phenomenal. Everything was fresh and tasty. I will come back.
Read on GoogleExcellent place to cure à food intoxication The people working here are simply more attentive to you than what they should be Special mention to the wonderful ladies in the kitchen
Read on GoogleAmazing place with exceptional views and food. Highly recommending tours with Carlos. It was a fantastic experience that definitely will be remembered :)
Read on GoogleI had a pleasant experience at this hotel. The property is well maintained, and the rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast is tasty and can be customized to suit your preferences. As an Ecuadorian, I’m proud to see such high-quality hotels in the country and hope this sets a new standard for hospitality. There were a couple of small issues—staff made mistakes with the payment calculations on two occasions, and the tour prices could be more competitive. However, these did not significantly impact my overall positive experience.
Read on GoogleThis was a fun place to stay. Our first night was glamping, which was actually quite nice (and we are senior citizens!). We participated in the spa- which Veronica, who gives one amazing massage!! Our second night was in a cabin, which was gorgeous. The pool was inviting and the manager, Angel, was incredible! We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you! Food was good but that’s the only reason I’m giving them a 4 star, otherwise it would be a 5!
