These are reviews published on Google, not on Retreat Ledger. We love Enchantment Resort! We had been here with our daughter 40 years ago and were invited to return with our daughter and her family as a gift for our wedding anniversary. We stayed in room 56A which was a gorgeous room. The surroundings of ER are breathtaking and the service was great. Food on the premises was very good too. Also, we want to thank ER as they have a service where they lend out a Volvo electric suv for 3 hours free of charge. After 3 hours, the cost is $75 per hour. We came back a little after 3 hours as our lunch took longer than expected, but we were not charged. Thank you ER for a lovely time and a lovely stay ❤️ P.S. Our stay was just when the pocket fire started near Sedona and we were very lucky to have no issues. As a result some of the hiking trails near ER were closed. At the time the Pocket Fire was 300 acres, it has now grown to 25,000 acres and now that we are home I hear that ER is on possible pre-evacuation alert. Hoping the ER is safe and the fire gets contained. 🤞

This was my first experience and visit at Enchantment Resort. From the very start, I was already enjoying the experience. The staff I interacted with were friendly, welcoming, and full of excitement. My lodging experience (for me) as mouth dropping. The suite I got to stay in was beyond anything I have experienced. I felt rich and abundant, that I told myself I am going to embody this identity during my stay and enjoy it. The ground were beautiful. As I walked around and strolled, I was able to see a variety of birds and wild life. It was so peaceful and serene. The morning/evening views from my porch was breathtaking (see attached photos).

My husband and I recently stayed at Enchantment Resort and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The food was outstanding throughout our stay—every meal was delicious, well prepared, and exceeded our expectations. The restaurant staff were attentive, friendly, and helped make every dining experience enjoyable A special thank you to Brooke, who went above and beyond to make our time by the pool even more enjoyable. The bell staff also deserve recognition. They were friendly, efficient, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms felt a bit dated compared to some luxury resorts, but they were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We will definitely be back next year !!!

Very relaxing stay in the middle of the Boynton Canyon, with direct access to two hiking trails! The resort is very spread out, quiet, remote, with excellent service. We stayed at Junior Suite 2 Queens room and were happy with the size, layout, the fireplace, patio with a beautiful view, and amazing large bathroom with a shower and oversized bathtub. However, the carpet and broken sink does show the age of the resort. There are two restaurants at Enchantment, both are just ok and very overpriced for the quality, size and taste, so we would drive to Sedona for dinner after dining at each in-resort restaurant several times. We enjoyed the main pool/jacuzzi, what a beautiful view and we appreciated the pool was heated. Tennis courts were great also! The spa amenities were very nice, but, unfortunately, my massage was disappointing. Overall, although we enjoyed much needed serenity, fantastic service and luxurious amenities of this resort, we are not sure if we would return since the price of this resort feels disproportionally high for what you get.

I recently stayed at Enchantment Resort, and it is truly a mixed bag of world-class atmosphere and some frustrating "resort-life" hurdles. Here is the breakdown of my experience: The Highlights: Views & Activities The resort is absolutely breathtaking. If you are looking for beautiful views, this is the place to be. The red rock backdrop is cinematic, and the resort does a great job of offering plenty of activities to keep you engaged with the landscape. Whether you’re hiking or just lounging by the pool, the aesthetic is a 10/10. The Food: Just "Okay" The dining experience was a bit underwhelming given the caliber of the resort. I’d describe the food as "okay-ish." Both the taste and the portion sizes left something to be desired—it wasn't bad, but it didn't quite live up to the premium price point or the incredible scenery. The Dealbreaker: The Wi-Fi The biggest downside—and the reason for the docked star—was the Wi-Fi. It was honestly a struggle. There is only one network for the entire property, and it is incredibly unstable. It kept disconnecting randomly multiple times within a single hour. I initially thought it was just an issue with my phone, but I tested it on three different devices to be sure, and the result was the same on all of them I even followed up with the staff to see if there was a different network we should be using, but I was told that the single, shared Wi-Fi is the only option available. For a resort of this caliber, you expect a stable connection, and this unfortunately fell short.
