We spent 2 nights at eco camp during their last week of operation for the season. You’d think the staff would be tired and waiting to go home but this was not the case at all. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. I don’t remember all the names but Jonathan and Matthew were great. The camp is absolutely beautiful, the location is stunning and the domes (room and community domes) are so cozy, homely and well outfitted. The food was amazing and the breakfast spread was one of the best I’ve ever seen. We did our own excursions so can’t comment on this. Yoga is offered twice a day in the yoga dome which was also a huge bonus. We really wished we could stay longer and will recommend to all of our family and friends.

So we stay at the suite dome. The experience overall is great. Location is the best right under the feet of the mountain with easy access to so many trails. Food is fantastic. They have a heavy focus on vegetarian and vegan options so I count like 1 animal protein option a night. We eat a wide variety of things so find it no problem but I can see for some people it can be a problem. The dome itself is actually better than I think. For 4 out of 5 nights they are absolutely beautiful when it’s not too windy. However for one night when we caught the storm you can feel the bed is moving with the wind and we did not manage to sleep that night so you should keep that in mind given how unpredictable the weather is. The service is great overall including the tours. Happy with the whole experience.

Overall we had a very special experience staying here. It is a very plush glamping experience right by the national park. We met some wonderful people and the guides we had were great. The standard dome was very cozy and peaceful. It was such a beautiful view to wake up to the towers every morning. EcoCamp never felt crowded and it seemed like everyone got their own personal space. It is very different than the refugios scattered throughout the park most of which were very oversaturated. The food was wonderful especially the breakfast buffet. As much as we appreciate the presentation of the dishes and the chef creations at dinner, many of the people I was traveling with did not think the portion sizes were generous enough given that many people at EcoCamp are doing very long day hikes or multi day treks. Many of the sauces and the combinations of ingredients were a little too rich for me. I think EcoCamp might be better off having a buffet for dinner to cater to a lot of different food preferences.

We had a wonderful experience with EcoCamp and were very happy overall. The bus service was well organized, the domes were comfortable, and the food was far better than we expected. Everything on that side truly exceeded our expectations. The staff and servers were incredibly kind, cheerful, and always smiling, which created a great atmosphere throughout the trip. We had three guides — Fio, John, and Pancho — and they were all excellent. Professional, friendly, and genuinely great people who clearly love what they do and take good care of the group. On the first hiking day, we started a bit later than planned, which slightly reduced the distance we were able to hike. While that was a small disappointment, it did not take away from the overall experience. Overall, EcoCamp delivered a fantastic trip, and we truly enjoyed our time there.

We stayed at Ecocamp Patagonia last week, and it was truly an amazing experience. We booked the Wildlife Safari, that included stay, meals and guided excursions. The location is perfect, the setting is magical, the staff is caring and the excursions are perfectly designed. We felt welcomed from moment we arrived at Ecocamp Patagonia office in Natales, thanks to Connie. The guides (Anjelo, Kathy, Nico & others) are extremely competent, caring, professional and knowledgeable, they helped us understand the flora and fauna of the park. Seb helped design the perfect excursions for us. The drivers (Juan Carlos, Israel & others) drove us safely, and the kitchen staff & cooks produced wide range three course dinner menus every day, great breakfast & lunch buffet that are local and tasty. I cannot fault Ecocamp, I felt sad to leave and I will for sure come back again.
