We had an excellent time at Casa Violeta! We loved the bohemian rooms, the service was fantastic, and the location was walking distance from many great spots (e.g., Hartwood, Gitano, etc.) Thank you for hosting us!
Read on GoogleWe had breakfast at Casa Violeta and it was the perfect start to our day in Tulum. The setting is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm, but what truly made the experience special was Aury. She welcomed us with genuine warmth and took the time to share so many local tips and hidden gems that only someone who truly knows and loves the area could recommend. The avocado toast was delicious, and the toasted bread with homemade marmalade was simple, fresh, and absolutely perfect. Combined with great conversation and the relaxed atmosphere, it turned an ordinary breakfast into a memorable experience. Thank you, Aury, for your kindness and hospitality. We will definitely remember this morning as one of the highlights of our trip.

Complimentary breakfast is a nice light way to start the day, and you can easily supplement your order from their restaurant menu if you so choose. You get a dedicated beach bed and optional umbrella at the beach club during your stay. This was great and beach service from the restaurant was also great. The room is simple and comfortable. Overall the experience was positive and all staff were wonderful to interact with
Read on GoogleSimply Magical. You may find other hotels in Tulum that are more luxurious but the rustic nature of Casa Violeta is part of its charm - It is Tulum before Tulum became so trendy. It's inspires creativity. And not to mention it's located on the best part of the beach, the food is exquisite, and the staff are wonderful too.
Read on GoogleOur family were in Tulum in May for the wedding of my son and daughter in law. We held our rehearsal / welcome dinner at Casa Violeta for 75 people. We planned & organized the evening with Carla, the event coordinator, before we went to Tulum, and with Giampiero, the manager of the hotel, once we were in Tulum. Both were incredibly professional, reliable, so accommodating, and all around wonderful to work with. I cannot thank them and their amazing staff enough for the most wonderful night at Casa Violeta - it was magical! The food was truly delicious; served family style with a wide variety to suit all guests. They even especially accommodated our vegetarian and vegan guests. The table decor, lighting, and ambience in the jungle garden was more than we could have imagined. It was the most beautiful location. Thank you, thank you, thank you Giampiero and Carla and the entire Casa Violeta team for being so attentive , kind , accommodating and all around fantastic !!!
